New Highland Clansmen

These are Old Glory15s miniatures I got in trade form Robert Burr painting tartan is a pain but the end result looks good.

 No particular clan formation/regiment being portrayed here.

 Tartan didn't get clan specific until the 19th century

 So I went with a simple color mixes

 and tried not make the stands look too uniform.

 These guys are based for Maurice or Black Powder

Most of my other Scotsmen were on 3 inch by 2 inch stands for V&B so they have been among the first to 'participate'  In the "GREAT RE-BASING PROJECT OF 2013" you can expect to see a bunch of blogs on this project in the near future.
