my Japanese forces advance on a Chinses potion near a temple we need to break though the position
Looks like a regular human wave attack, but what can you do on the open planes, at least I have some armor coming to help. Tactics aren't going to be what I call subtle.
Lucky for me on turn two.. none of the Chinese guns want to fire.
The assault on the temple begins!
Armor come in
Infantry come up in support as we assault the line
Fighting is savage along the dug in line and in the temple
Chinese resistance is strong...
and despite may promises by Arofan they do not crack yet...
and then they suddenly do.
Air strikes come in
Pressure is applied across the line.
Then the Chinese line breaks and runs for the rear. I thought this one would be a loss for me several times as Chinese forces punch above their weight and some of my units didn't get commands at key moments. Still in the end we broke through. Banzai!!!!!
