Another Great figure form
Bad Squiddo Games (Annie the Dice bag lady) new line of believable female miniatures. Unlike the previous example this is not a woman taking up a weapon in defence of hearth and home but a full time warrior.
She wears trousers and wields an axe. The pose is dynamic but well balanced, I can imagine the shield fending off and enemy weapon as she drives forward with an up ward swing of an ax.
I saw a similar design on another shieldmaiden so I decided to copy it
I opted for a generic base as I plan to use this lady with in my dark age army, which doesn't mean she won't find her way to Frostgrave at some point.
