I have the command of the Roman right flank. The Roman Cavalry (with a unit of lights in support) and two lines for heave legionnaires.
Luckily I man not facing the Elephants on the other side (note the Numdians on the left flank)
The battle here would deadlock in a battle between Legions, Auxiliaries, vs elephants and celts.
The key action was the attack of the African Spearmen on the town.
These were the enemies best troops our lights held out untill the Auxillas could get on the flank of the attacker.
My legions ground forward between the town and the town and the hill.
my cavalry and lights have gone over and around the hill breaking into the enemy rear.
The Roman cavalry wold break thought he celts.
The battle on the left is a messy fight with many dead on both sides but the Romans hold. on the Right and center Rome carries the day.
